Introduction
This our general terms of sale that govern all Booking made on Luxury Fez Tours website.
Payment Policy
- 30 % deposit required to secure your booking with us.
- The balance must be paid on the day of your tour cash in Euro, dollar or MAD the same.
- Payments in advance can be made via Paypal or by bank transfer. Our Agency will supply payment instructions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you want to cancel your reservation confirmed by written E-mail
- 30 days before the estimated date of your arrival to Morocco, we’ll refund all monies paid to us.
- 20 days before the estimated date of your arrival in Morocco, we’ll refund half of the monies paid to us.
- 1 week before the estimated date of your arrival to Morocco, we ’ll not refund any monies paid to us.
